Caller claimed that his company (couldn't understand him when he said name) worked with Microsoft Windows, and that my computer was sending in over 5oo error messages in the last 2 weeks. He said that he could help me fix it and asked if I was sitting down at my computer with the computer on. He would walk me through it. Then we got disconnected.
