I just got a call from +2431239421, March 30th, 2010 at 1:05am DXB time.. The caller hanged up the phone as I answered.. My mom got a missed call from a similar number, +2431239421 yesterday at around 10:00pm DXB time!! The number is from The Democratic Republic of The Congo!!
