called at midnight - answered as I did not have the caller ID on the nightstand - nobody was there. The government or the phone company should be prosecuting these jerks. But I guess our congress wants to spend money on themselves.....jerks as well!!!

Harassing people during the day isn't good enough for these jerks. They called at midnight! I had assumed it must be an emergency until I realized the area code was not mine. Oh — and just dead air, no voicemail.
