Like Mr. Roberts, my company has been called several times a day by this "business" -- and many times in consecutive, successive order. There is NEVER anyone on the other end of the line. Calls back to this number either ring continually, or there is an answer by a female voice saying something unintelligible and then there is dead air.
My advice: File a complaint with the FCC. I just did. Visit the following web site to do so:

Calls a few times a day but hangs up when I answer. I called back and it was Turnkey Solutions and I don't have the slightest idea about this company and am in now way connected with it whatsoever.

I'm in the Chicago area and get multiple calls a day trying to sell me The Chicago Tribune. Saying, "No thanks," does no good.
I report them to the Do Not Call Registry EVERY time they call.
They are based in Arizona, so I reported them to the Arizona Better Business Bureau. It was easy to do on line. If we all do this, hopefully they will be shut down.
