I have bren getting prank calls from this # For 4 yrs Its a tad bizarre !

Got a call from them on 20 AUG 2014 @ 11:32. After a few seconds, a recording started and said "I am calling you in regard to your recent request for furthering your education".

I never requested anything. Recording sounded more “live” than a recording.
