This number is associated with a well-know group of scammers: CallerID4U, Inc. or Pacific Telecom Communications Group. Through a loophole in the the system (called CNAM provisioning), these vermin make money every time a caller ID is displayed, so they do not care if you respond or not...they will keep calling. The gang leaders are Steve Hamilton and a scumbag attorney named F. Antoine Accuardi. They have a shell company in Belize in order to avoid civil litigation and criminal prosecution.
