1. Do you realize that your customers or affiliates who use your phone numbers are associated with enormous volumes of unsolicited telemarketing calls that clearly violate the Telemarketing Sales Rule and Telephone Consumer Protection Act? Can you explain why this is happening?
2. Do you offer your services to customers or affiliates who sell their own “voice broadcasting”, “predictive dialing,” “live transfer” or other similar services?
3. What specific provisions of the Telemarketing Sales Rule and Telephone Consumer Protection Act do your compliance services address?
4. What steps do you take to ensure that the CNAM information provided to you by your customers or affiliates accurately represents the name of the entity using that number to make telemarketing calls?
5. What steps do you take to ensure that your customers or business affiliates “scrub” their telemarketing lists against the Federal Do Not Call registry?
6. Can you provide us with a written statement from your legal counsel explaining specifically how your conduct complies with the Telemarketing Sales Rule and Telephone Consumer Protection Act?
7. Explain your past and current affiliation with Fred and F Antone Accuardi and their related companies, such as TM Caller ID or Telephone Management Company.

This number is associated with a well-know group of scammers: CallerID4U, Inc. The principals of this company Paul Maduno and his partner Luis Martinez have an extensive history involving illicit telemarketing. In 2009, their business was called Digitcom Services, Inc., and they partnered with Steve Hamilton and F Antone Accuardi of Pacific Telecom Communications Group, who are currently the subjects of a class-action lawsuit for illegal telemarketing. Through a loophole in the system (called CNAM provisioning), these vermin make money every time a caller ID is displayed, so they do not care if you respond or not...they will keep calling. Through a loophole in the the system (called CNAM provisioning), these vermin make money every time a caller ID is displayed, so they do not care if you respond or not...they will keep calling. The gang leaders are Steve Hamilton and a scumbag attorney named F. Antoine Accuardi. They have a shell company in Belize in order to avoid civil litigation and criminal prosecution. That's why you don't return phone calls or emails. I've been on the DNC list for many years and have not debt so I know I haven't used "Credit Card Services" services before.
Comapanies like yours exist solely for scammers to hide behind.
People do NOT give these spammers your phone number. They won't remove you, they'll sell it to other spammers. They have not interest in compliance. Try emailing them and see if they respond. Call their helpdesk and see if anyone answers.
File complaints with the FTC, BBB and FBI. The only way to stop them is to get them shut down.

Number is linked to a telemarketing firm named CallerID4U operating out of Eugene, OR. Caller never responded to my "hello." I called the number back and got one of those bogus "enter your number to be removed from our call list" recordings. I might have tried it if I hadn't tried it 100 times before. I'm on the do not call registries at the federal and state levels. These guys are suppose to check those things before they call and since this one did not it's obvious the outfit has no respect for my personal rights or the law. No company name was given during the recording, only the opt out message. I researched the number on the internet and found it to be CallerID4U. If you google the name, you'll find its website. Supposedly, they offer caller id and automated response services to mass dialers.
