People do NOT give these spammers your phone number. They won't remove you, they'll sell it to other spammers. They have not interest in compliance. Try emailing them and see if they respond. Call their helpdesk and see if anyone answers.
File complaints with the FTC, BBB and FBI. The only way to stop them is to get them shut down.
