Caller said hired by IRS to inform us of a US warrant for us. Difficult to understand bc of thick foreign accent. Warned us that we would bee receiving another call from IRS. Know it is a scan but want to report in case they try to collect money from anyone.

John White from INS or IRS re urgent summons. I have recorded message. I called him back even though second call was "unknown". He is a scummy scammer!!! I told him I would report him to FTC and he cursed to me and my children (on speaker phone). Accent and voice very clear on my voicemail. Will file with FTC
