JUST TODAY... [btwn these 2 callers: "This is Rachel fr/cardholder services.." and "xx" a second spammer/whatever] called at 12:30am, now five hrs later they have called 5 TIMES BETWEEN 0530-0545 AM!!! I am getting SLEEP DEPRIVED, STRESS AND ANXIETY ARE THROUGH THE ROOF, and I am beginning to experience intense psychological distress upon receipt of these INCESSANT PHONE CALLS, and NO ONE CAN HELP ME! These robocallers, who hang up when I try to get a human, and when I call the no. BACK it is a 'dead line,' have called from 17 DIFFERENT NUMBERS IN 2 WEEKS. How IS THIS LEGAL??? WHY CAN NO ONE STOP IT? Why should I be FORCED TO CHANGE MY PHONE NO. bcs I AM the victim of harassment?
