got call #1 from this number, talked to lady who disconnected on me. When i called back, got recording saying "welcome to verizon wireless...this number has been changed or is no longer in service".
thirty minutes later i got a ROBO call from rachael, at card services...same 260-228-9523 number...

This type of calling is illegal. Verizon is assisting this company in breaking the law. Calling people on the no call list is flagrantly breaking the law, and Verizon should be held accountable for allowing this practice.
