This person started calling our business earlier this year from another phone number. We ended up having our phone company block her number last week. That # was 260-438-9145. Today she called and spoke the same gibberish, all I could understand was "cancel, cancel." Today she called from 260-438-7454. I have also had our phone company block this number. This woman seems mentally unstable.
