Background noise & delay in responding was typical of a telemarketer call center. Polite woman asked how many miles were on my blah-blah-blah. I said I no longer own it. She asked what car I have now and how many miles are on it. I hung up. I suspect it to be a 3rd-party warranty sales outfit. Call was to my cell which is on the do-not-call list.
