got a call @ 8 am from this number, they were rude nd half way through the call, they hung up on me. when I called back, (you have to dial it as 1-281-409-3492) it wounded like I had called someones house! the girl was rude and didn't clearly state the name of the company, stated her name and asked "Can I help you?" I told her that I needed to speak with a manager, at which point, she hung up on me. I had to call two more times before she got her "manager" which just sounded like she pulled her friend from the cubicle next to her to act like a manager. I told her my issue anyway and was told that unless I am buying insurance, managers don't have time for me. they are in open enrollment and they don't have time for this kind of thing unless I am buying something from them. I told her that I would like to be transferred to a real manager because every other legit company would make sure that their managers were more professional with their customers, buying or not. She then said "Yeah, whatever" and hung up AGAIN!

I think this company is a scam, so if you get another call from them, don't give out your info... and ask for a manager... see how many times you get hung up on
