Pamela Vicars called me and said I owed $1500 from a bounced check that was paid for. When my attorney called her and told her the case was closed she tried to say it was for something else. this woman is a fraud and she impersonates that she works for the state attorneys office and will tell you that if you don't pay her you will have a warrant our for your arrest and go to jail. she is a fraud
