Forged caller ID, so don't bother calling it back. You'll notice the person on the other end always has an Indian (Eastern) accent.
Obviously fake technical support company trying to get you to install software so they can take over your computer. If you have the option, just block the number.
Rather quick way to get them to terminate the call is 1) tell them you have a lot of computers and ask "Which one?", 2) ask them "What is the IP address?" - they'll never be able to tell you. Had them hang up after both those questions.
