I have received multiple phone calls and email, including an attachment as a subpoena. I have been dealing directly with cash net USA and they have not filed anything in court.
Emails contain You are going to be legally prosecuted in the Court House within couple of days. Your SSN is put on hold by US Government, so before something goes wrong we would like to notify you about this matter. It seems apparent that you have chosen to ignore all our efforts to contact you in order to resolve your debt with Payday Services. I recived an e-mail saying that I will be prosecuted by the government for check fraud , EFT fraud etc by the government and to call 305-760-4534 and settle. The e-mail was sent by Viola Schaffer.
I think this is a scam.
