This call originated from 305-777-0050 and "Social Svc Coor" came up on the caller id. This person spent a half hour on the phone and said that they were contracted with Anthem and they would help me receive money back depending on my income and that i would receive a package in a blue envelope restating the conversation and asked for photocopies of lots of vital information. The contact info that was given was the females name "Digna" and phone number 866-705-8732 Extension 4292. A Google seach turned up that number for

I would report this to someone but don't know where i would. So this is the best i can think of.

This is Social Service Coordinators who was hired by my insurance company GHI. You can call them at 866-761-5934. I verified this with GHI and they are legit... GHI said they are calling to try and save you money if we are eligible by your income. They do ask all kinds of personal & financial questions which made me weary but they are safe..
