My sister came to my house crying because they told her that she didn't file her taxes and owed 7,000. The man told her that she was not allowed to talk to anyone and that she had to stay on the phone. If she hung up there would already be a warrant for her arrest. These people are scammers and there's no way that the IRS would preform their services like this

These people call my house several times a week threatening me about a supposed tax debt owed & there is a case pending against me. They also talk about my impending arrest. I've called them back several times & they don't have my correct address & hang up if you question them. I have also been cussed at by one of the callers when I told them I knew it was a scam & to quit calling my house. So annoying!!!

It was a recorded ROBO call, not a human who left a message. Claimed a case was opened in federal court for TAX FRAUD and I would be arrested if I did not call back. I have a sibling who works in that area of government. Duh.

Called to say I was reported to the IRS for tax fraud from 2011 debt. I owed $6584.00. Had my husbands first name only, not mine and called me Mrs. Ralph. They had my correct address and said if this matter was not cleared up, I needed to get a lawyer and I would be arrested in the next 1/2 of the call. Since I already knew the IRS does not make calls and leave messages I knew these people were frauds and told them so. Beware! there are morons out there who will scare the bejeebers out of people, be smart and educated, don't let them get away with this..report them to the FBI and the IRS.
