Calls Stating he is from the State Medical Compensation,( doesn't mention what state) stating a long time ago I may have had a medical surgery that has monetary compensation due.
Do not give this info out! It is a scam--they don't even get my first name right. I did call a lawyer, whom I've retained and he said it was a scam.
