This was an automated system that had busy call-center noise in the background, and a hyper-professional, canned-sounding voice saying "Could you connect me with the business owner, please?" It had limited responses, but when I asked if it was a real person, it said, after a long pause, "I am a live agent" (yeah right) "but I have set lines/limited number of responses."
