Very pushy and aggressive refinance agent from quicken loans. I was looking for a local agent as my search parameter when I applied but when I got a call this are then out of state people. I prefer dealing locally but the person won't take a "NO" many times (more than 12). I ended up hanging up the phone after he would not accept my preference.
