Absent of another way to get these calls to stop, I went ahead as Henry mentioned on another blog and called 307-223-0458. I gave the caller's and receiving phone numbers (actually I also gave 2 other phone numbers). I soon got a call back to verify 313-355-5255 was on their list but the other 2 phone numbers wasn't (oh well, 1 out of 3 phone numbers). They said the do not call request list is sent to all of their small number of clients that call consumers so if my phone number showed on any of their client caller list, it would be removed. They said to call back if the calls from 313-355-5255 did not stop but I didn't need to since it did stop the calls, whew.

Jennifer in the comments above is a fake don't call the number she gives, it is the people you are trying to avoid.

I'm passing a comment on that works; Without success in stopping these calls, I decided to try out what Kent said from another blog site and called 307-223-0458 earlier last week. Since it worked to stop the calls, I'm here to say this is an easy fix.
