They stated they were calling on behalf of the manufacturer, GE, of our alarm system and they were going to give us a free upgrade. They then confirmed our address and stated they were going to send upgraded system to our home. But wait, then they questioned about monthly fees for our monitoring costs. They stated our fees were too high and they would only install the free upgraded alarm if we acquire their monthly monitoring company. They wanted to send installers to our home to upgrade system free but only if we went with their monitoring company. I informed them to send free upgrade but I was not switching monthly monitoring companies. They have continued to call back and we have blocked their number.
