Call rang 3 times and stopped looked up number has been reported many times as a leaves no message unknown caller call that calls at all times of day and night.

Cell Phone rang twice and hung up, did not have a chance to answer. Called back and got a message about winning an award card. "Please press one to find out more or press two to be put on our do not call list. This solictation call came in on a cell phone, which is illegal, that is on the National Do Not Call list, making an illegal call twice over.
