number ID being spoofed by NC based call center working for DUNS. Instead of using recognizable non local numbers to pester businesses as in the past, they're spoofing local numbers (speculative accusation) to encourage you to pick up, just like the offshore gangster run boiler room operations. You can hear the transfer take place as you answer. Shame on DUNS, especially since you're required to register with them to do business with US government.
