Gentleman was foreign and advised that I had been selected for a grant of $7,865.00 by the grant department. He advised that the 2 ways to dispense this grant money was via checking/savings account or credit/debit card. When I asked for the organization's name to verify this info, he offered initially to place his supervisor on the phone, named Michelle Williams. I declined and asked again for the organization, which is "Grant Dept. Wash. DC@ 202-814-8056, and I got no answer when called.
