Central Office: OSWEGO, NY - ACC NATIONAL TELECOM CORPORATION - NY [?]
I just received a call from them on May 5th, 2015 at 4 PM EST. These people are con artists! They said they're with my credit card company and wanted the last 12 digits of my credit card number, its expiration date, and the last four digits of my social security number. It's a scam! Don't give them any information! If you do, contact the Federal Trade Commision, IRS, your credit card company, and go to Equifax's website to fill out a fraud report. This number belongs to someone in New York. They're just calling as if they're from this number, but their intent is either to steal your identity or to steal your money some other way. It started with a recorded message then one guy picked up with a clear accent from east Africa/Arab country. After I told him I suspect him of lying to me, he told me his ID number and name (both lies, of course). His "supervisor" then picked up, and she had a clear Arabic accent. I am not being racist. I'm an Arab American myself but rather providing identifying information to help you also avoid being scammed by them.
