This number is a debt collector. They are called scavenger debt collectors. look it up. they buy old debts for pennies then keep up to 80% of what they scam out of you. Dont give them money or info. They will lie to scare you. They will say they are a law firm, litigation office, paralegal, investigator, you will go to court, be sued, be arrested, you have commited check fraud, LIES! to get your money. Truth is they do not have that power nor any proof of thier lies. they certinally wont give you any proof when asked. total scam for money dont fall for it, stand up to these scum. GET PROOF FROM THEM and dont let them bully you.
