i do not owe more than 1000 dollars. i did not subscribe 5 yr contract. i did not include my newly made debit card through the phone line. i do not understand why im charged 39.99. this is a scam. this person claims to be from el paso texas. i recieved this phone call by this number around 9.30 in the morning. 11/18/2015
