I called it back. Foreigner. I ask to speak to a American so I could understand them and he said there wasn't any there they all were Spanish I said I have no dealings with you and hung up.

called twice. once gave name as jane smith from the IRS to call immediately. said do not ignore this call. caller id said unknown 425-406-9291, but left the return number 315-519-8019.
the second call gave no name, just said it is my final notice before legal action from the IRS was initiated and gave the department direct line as 022391617 (not a complete number). the caller id said tennessee 931-567-3691.
It is a recorded message and they don't ask for anyone in particular, they just leave these threatening messages. I have no dealings with the IRS.

The first call came a couple of days ago from a Debt collector, he mentioned Attorney at Law and to call 1-800-630-2530 using a reference #107786826.
My second call at 8:51 this morning was from a woman who was with the IRS and I was to call 1-315-519-8019 before they took action against me!!!!
