Told me I'd been picked to receive Federal grant money; no need to ever return/repay it. (I've never applied for a grant.) All I had to do was was call a # he gave me (& don't share or tell anyone my special Gov't. approval ID #!) Than he asked my age and started to tell me how beautiful I was....over the phone. Too funny!
