My daughter just received a voice mail from 315-895-1422 stating that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against her. #1 - the IRS would send multiple mailings before EVER contacting someone by phone. SCAM!!!

This number called my office 9 times today and no one said anything when I answered the phone. The caller ID comes up Ilion NY. I called the number back to see if someone would answer. They did but had such a thick accent that I had a hard time understanding them. They wouldn't give me any information but said I didn't need to call this number anymore and no, they couldn't take me off of whatever list they have.
