Ad posted on Trulia.com to rent a house for a good price. Claimed was in Texas and would only text and not talk on the phone. Address was previously posted on Zillow which is how he got the images. Address has #1 at end of name in order to trick the trulia filters from posted on a previous account. He asked if we could secure it in our name today. Obviously a scammer.

Mr. Lewis posted an ad on Trulia.com to rent out a house. He sent emails with an application and claimed he was out of town. He wanted to text instead of talking on the phone. It seemed fishy, so I looked up the address and discovered a rental agency is renting out the house and this guy hacked the Trulia.com site.

The number seems to be connected with a renter scam on Trulia. When you call, the guy asks you to text because he has a bad signal. Added a #1 to the address although it was a stand alone house. The guy was anxious to secure a "refundable" deposit to give you the keys.
