This caller called me at home and at work. He had told me that he had a matter to discuss and that he is going to file suit and that I would have to go to court. He said that he would serve the papers to my boss. He did not say what this is in reference to. I tried calling him back several times and got an answering machine. The message did not even say the company name.

CALLER CALLED UP AND STATED THAT I WAS GOING TO JAIL FOR A PAYDAY LOAN IF I DIDNT PAY WITHIN 24 HOURS. I STATED TO HIM HE WAS A SCAM AND TO STOP CALING ME.

Called my family, my personal number and my office. Would not tell me what he wanted or who he was unless I verified my SSN. When I refused, he screamed that I was stupid and that he was going to come after me and my family and subpoena employees where I worked if I did not give him the information. He told me to go ahead and report his call to whoever and hung up. I called the police department and reported him and the number. This is a SCAM.
