Got a call from this number and he said he was from windows tech support. He's claiming that the computer was hacked and if I don't fix it, it will crash. He said his name was Eddie Gonzales which is like a Latino name but he sounded completely like an Indian so it doesn't make any sense. He asked me to press windows key + R and so I did and open the eventviewer application. He sounded suspicious because he's repeating that it will crash down but it seems nothing is happening to the computer. I just told him that i'll call him back and I call the company where I bought the network software and they said that it might be a scam.
