This number is used by a guy who posts signs all over the place looking to buy cars, in any condition. He buys, cleans, and flips. Problem is, since he does more than 6 in a year, he needs a dealer's license and a real, physical address. He doesn't, so that makes him an illegal curbstoner dealer. DON'T EVER BUY THIS WAY! There is a reason why people get rid of old cars. Usually, because they have a serious running or safety defect that doesn't pay to fix. After you hand him your cash, you won't find him again after the car fails on you. It might even have a fraudulent title.
