Has anyone not paid them and actually had a warrant put out on them? I have a job where this kind of thing can't happen but I believe I have already paid my debt but they say I have not.

First of all they called my father's phone and freaked him out. Caller stated my maiden and married name and said I was going to be charged with felony theft. I needed to call them back or they would file paperwork against me.

this is a scam, they give out information to any number reached, privy information like ss#. Same threat to file a report on some fradulent transactions, I dont know what they are talking about. by law they cannot disclose privy information to anyone. i researched the company, no such company and i let them know to take me to court if they want to deal with me....

This phone call was alarming. My ex-husband from 15 yrs ago called me and said this company called him and said if I don't give them money then they will file felony charges for theft. When I called them to see what in the world they were talking sbout the woman said my first and last name with the wrong middle initial and social. I tried to get to the bottom of it but she hung up on me three times but not before screaming in the phone "I have the papers ready to file with the DA". Who in the heck are these people claiming to be a law firm? And how am I supposed to find out whays going on if they keep hanging up on me? WOW!

These people are extremely rude. They claim to be a fraud colectio agency of some sort. They call themselves The offices of Oscar Gamble . When you try to get any information to correct an error they just hang up. Not a very reputable establishment. Very shay in fact. Over the last year I have told them I do not know who they keep calling & harassing for & tried to correct their data. I was told to get a life & just ignore their harasments. They cut off & twist what I said when I tried to get the information to correct it. They said the person has a warrant. I hope the pick the person up so they stop harrasing me.

this man was rude he called me about a tv from 2009 that I turned in scam I called my attorney and gave him the info he called them back and made me aware that what they are doing is illegal don't give them any money none not a dime the only people who can file charges on you in the law enforcement
