Received a call from this # today, only to pick up the phone and hear a recording. I waited until a gentleman answered. He immediately began asking for MY name, to which I asked "So this is Senior Benefits?" He said yes, so I asked how they got our #. Gentleman claimed he didn't have that info (of course!), but said it was due to a prior purchase or "concerned family member." My husband & I are in our 40's. I told him that's inaccurate & that our # has been on the Do Not Call list for several years. He said they'd remove our # and hung up quickly. Problem is, the company clearly didn't check the Do Not Call list as required by law.
