Received a phone call from this number. It was difficult to understand exactly what they were talking about. Something about a nephew from California. I said I didn't recognize their voice. There was silence at the other end for long periods. Then again about a nephew. I was supposed to guess who it was - I said I had no idea and they hung up. I checked on another website and it said the number was "spoofed". They had a Latino accent and may be targeting Latino names.
