The guy calls himself Joy Nelson and has a east indian accent. calls numerous time per day, ties up multiple phone lines when he can. has threatened to come to where you are at, threatened arrest. Say he is not in this country and does not have to follow American rules. Somebody needs to give this guy the bin laden treatment and send him to nirvana on a half eaten holy cow.
