IRS lawsuit scam came in today to my cell on this number and also my landline from 509-779-2381. Must be a big push for this scam today!!!

left voicemail. said IRS was "filing a lawsuit against me" - complete bullsh*t. Probably trying to get credit card info. Wish I would have answered the call, probably could have done some social engineering to get them to disclose their office location. That would have been fun :)

Claimed to be the IRS and claimed to have me arrested due to fraudulent IRS tax returns back from 2009. Claimed they sent certified letters and a deputy to serve the arrest warrant. Smooth talkers - very slick. Wanted my full cooperation to resolve the matter with the IRS - told me the call was being recorded. They did not have my current address. Wanted me to pay immediately.
