I received a text at 1:38pm EST saying: "if you would like to receive Guaranteed Savings on yourGas & Electric bills; reply "YES" No Contract Required. This is a free service!" I've never entered my number to be contacted about something like this... Tried calling the number back but it was busy every time. I'm reporting them to the proper agencies for violating Do Not Call.
