I received this call today telling me I am in huge trouble and they are calling from the legal department of DCS and they will be filing against my SSN. I google this number to see and found out it is a scam.

Caller stated I had a legal matter pending about an loan I had taken out. Stated he had all my information. And said I was in bad legal trouble. I googled the number he gave as a return number 347-418-0401 and it said scam. Also called it back and it just rang and rang. Man called back and I told him it was a scam, I had googled the number he hung up.
