Receiving calls from 347-467-1047 (caller ID: marina, 9om). I asked twice for them to not call any more, but they refuse to stop, in fact he told me he would call me more often.
They also said there is nothing either I or you can do and that they can not be found. I asked them if they are doing illegal activities and he said "Yes".

This number called my cell phone. I did not answer the call. I saw from other sites that this is a scammer trying to gather personal information by offering a 9K government grant but they need to know how to send it!
