We received the same call multiple times today (11/5/15) from Shawn Anderson, Department of Legal Affairs. He asked for my husband, the first time he called I hung up on him. He called back immediately 3 more times and never left a message. He called back later in the day and left the following message: "This message is intended for (my husbands first and last name here). (Husbands first name), this is Shawn Anderson with the Department of Legal Affairs and I was trying to reach you in regards to a very important issue. This is a legal notification for you in regards to the enforcement action which has been started on your name. My number is 347-539-4270. I repeat that, 347-539-4270. Now, if for any reason you are busy to call back, I would suggest you to have your retained attorney to do it for you. As delaying calling us might end up in a legal mess for you. I hope you will take this right and call me back. This is Shawn Anderson with the Department of Legal Affairs looking forward to speaking to you. Until then good bye."

On 11/05/2015 at 11:57 I received a call from a man who told me he wanted my Lawyers name and number. He said he was with the US Treasury Department in the Legal Affairs Division and that his name was Nick Anderson. When I told him I did not have an Attorney he said that I should get one but in the meantime, I could talk to an Investigator named Ben Campbell and I could reach him at 347-539-4270. I asked him why I needed an Attorney and he said because of the Legal Action being taken against me by the US Treasury. I said that no action is being taken against me and he questioned whether or not I had received my notice in the mail then he verified my address. He said he will see if an Investigator was available now and then transferred me to someone who said he was Inspector Ryan Coleman. He said that because I had gotten tax refunds, I am under investigation over the refunds. I stated I did not get a refund and he said, "OK never mind. Have a nice day." I said, "Wait before you hang up (he said, "Yes?") Will you take me off your list? I mean put me on your do not ...." The Inspector hung up.
