The woman told me that my computer was sending errors and she wanted to help me with this. I asked her how she got my number and she said it was from the errors that was sent. She wanted me to turn on my computer and then she could help me with the errors. I told her I wasn't interested because she was a scammer and I do not participate in scams.

Received a call from a restricted number 3-21-14. Individual claimed they received a message from my computer and there was a problem. Caller did not offer a company name, had what sounded like an Indian accent, with noise of a call center in the background. I informed the caller that I was familiar with this scam to obtain personal information. He assured me it was not a scam. I requested his name and number, he said his name was Robert and gave me the above number. I did not call the number and was not able to fins any information about it with on-line searches.
