Caller said that they sent me a letter on April 20th about taxes due. They did have my home address. He said his name was Smit Martin. His IRS address was 77 K street, Washington DC 20002. He said that they were in the process of filing a law suit against me. I asked for his phone number (347-979-9320) and said I would call back because I was in a meeting.
