A womans voice left a voice mail on my phone stating : "this is the IRS and we are putting a law suit on you. Please call back the phone # 360-727-7729. Then the womans voice repeated the phone #.
So I called the phone back and the answered "Hello IRS" said a man with a very thick Eastern Indian accent. I said "what do you want from me?" And why don't you verify yourself to me.The man said" you just need to put your phone down." And then he hung up the phone.

This man called me today claiming that I owed over $2,000 to the IRS as back payment from the last 4 years. He could provide no information about his name or what agency he was calling from except the 'IRS'. He had a very thick south Asian accent and would not give his name. Definitely a scam! The IRS does not do any official business via phone!

two people that I work with or have worked with have received calls from this number. He states he is from the IRS and his name is John Taylor, however he has a very thick indian accent. He claims they redid your taxes and you now owe more money.

3X's in 2 days automated female voice stating "we have been trying to reach you, this is the IRS and we have a lawsuit against you." for more information call us 360*727*7229, and she repeats the number. What Bull S*#t this is. Hopefully they do not scam some poor innocent seniors out there that may fall for the crap.
