Central Office: BLACKDIMND, WA - TELEPORT COMMUNICATIONS GROUP ... [?]
I received a phone call and message from this number, ( 1-(360-851-1340), claiming to be IRS which stated that they had a law suit against me and informed me that I had to call them back. It was not IRS. When I researched the number that is when I found out that they were a collection agency posing to be IRS! I never called them back to verify that I received their message.
